1 Minute Breathing Break


  1. Close your eyes
  2. Take in a deep breath allowing it to fill into your belly and chest
  3. Exhale and let it go, feeling a sense of softness. While you exhale soften your jaw, your hands, your shoulders, your belly.
  4. Repeat 5 times.
  5. Open your eyes and carry on with your day.
